Hello, my name is Dave McCollum. Web Rhetoric is the name I use for my freelance web design business. My strengths lie in offering a strategic and creative plan to allow your personal or corporate image to effectively communicate, engage and grow.

Through the use of technology and persuasive communication, I seek out the best way for end users to connect with you. I am a web developer with a diverse digital skill set including XHTML, CSS and Photoshop. I have combined these modern skills of web development with the ancient skills of conveying one’s thoughts and feelings to their intended audience. The end results are websites that are uniquely effective at connecting with your target audience.

I graduated in 2008 with a degree in communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder where I focused primarily on public speaking, persuasive discourse and rooting for the Buffaloes.
